Allison Neumann is a graduate of Clemson University (B.S., Genetics) and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (J.D.). Ms. Neumann served as a Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and was a Student Volunteer with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA). She received her Master of Laws in Estate Planning (LL.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Neumann focuses her practice on estate planning, trust funding and administration, and Federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. She works closely together with clients to discuss their estate planning objectives and to create and implement plans that carry out those objectives in a tax efficient manner and avoid the need for guardianship and probate proceedings.

Ms. Neumann is a member of the Florida Bar and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is also a member of the greater Boca Raton Estate Planning council and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
