Tattiana Brenes-Stahl is a graduate of Harvard College (B.A., cum laude) and she received her law degree from the Shepard Broad College of Law of Nova Southeastern University (J.D., cum laude, 2004). 

Tattiana represents individual, corporate, and charitable clients in the areas of probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation as well as in guardianship disputes at the trial and appellate levels.

Tattiana has also represented U.S.-based global clients in international litigation and in cross-border transactions as a former attorney with Greenberg Traurig.

Tattiana is listed in Super Lawyers Magazine as a Florida Super Lawyer (2016-2021) and as a Rising Star (2009, 2011-2015).

Tattiana was appointed by The Florida Bar to serve on The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee (2013-2015) and she was an Inaugural Fellow for The Florida Bar Leadership Academy, South Branch (2013-2014).

Tattiana is an active member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and has served on its Executive Council for many years.  She is a co-vice chair of the Membership and Inclusion Committee, and a past chair of the Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference and of the Guardianship, Power of Attorney & Advanced Directives Committees.  Tattiana is a member of the Trust Law, Probate and Trust Litigation, and Probate Law and Procedure Committees. 

Tattiana is a past president of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County and she is a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Tattiana is member of the Harvard Club of Miami.
