Mr. Arencibia focuses his practice on sophisticated estate planning, business succession planning, and tax law for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as an Articles and Comments Editor and a member of the Executive Board of the University of Miami Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Phillip also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners’ Readers Cadre and a participant in the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Tax Section of the Florida Bar.
